Big 28 inch chrome wheels on chevy caprice

Big 28 inch chrome rims on the Chevy Caprice. The 28 inch wheels had this ride sitting right! I didn’t get to find out if there was any cutting of the wheel wells for the 28 inch rims to fit but I didn’t see any cutting or rubbing.  The paint on this ride was also pretty hot, the photo doesn’t show the sparkling paint well but trust me, the ride was glistening
